We care about your satisfaction with your order. That’s why we clearly explain below how cancellations, returns, and refunds work.
Canceling an order
After placing your order, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel it, as our processing system is automatic. Once you have received the package, you can still use our return policy.
Returns
- Returns can only be accepted after contacting our customer service. Returns without notice will not be processed.

Return process
1. Contact our customer service first.
2. You will receive clear instructions for the return.
3. Only then can you send your package to our return address.
Return conditions
1. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
2. Only unopened products in the original packaging (plastic seal) are eligible for return.
Promotional products and free items
For promotions that include free products or samples, all items – including the free items – must be returned unopened to be eligible for a full refund.
E-books
E-books cannot be returned or refunded. After purchase, you have immediate access to the digital content, so the right of withdrawal is waived.
Damaged or defective items received?
- Report damaged or defective products within 2 business days of receipt to our customer service.
- Include clear photos so we can assess quickly. We will work together to find a suitable solution.
When is a refund not (fully) possible?
- You entered an incorrect address when ordering.
- You do not pick up your package on time at the post office.
- The courier indicates that your package was delivered, but it is later lost or stolen.
- Your package arrives later than expected or not on a specific date/holiday (e.g., due to courier delays, customs, or peak season).
- You have already received a free exchange or a new shipment for the same order.
- You refuse the shipment upon delivery.
In some cases, a partial refund may be possible. Always contact our customer service for this.
