Cancellation policy

Billing & Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same calendar date as your original order. For example, if you placed your first order on June 15, your subscription will renew on July 15, August 15, and so on.

Manage Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through our self-service portal. Here you can:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Update your payment or shipping details
- Cancel your subscription

Cancellation
To avoid being charged for your next renewal, please cancel your subscription before your next billing date.

If you cancel after your subscription has already renewed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further renewals will be processed after that.

Important
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. It is the customer's responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription before the next billing date. My Coochie cannot provide refunds for renewal charges that were processed because the subscription was not cancelled in time.
